Met up with Sean at BYU track and did: 4*400m-1*1600m-1*800m w|200m jog rest between the whole workout in trainers. The workout was tough but the cold made it harder, especially because my trainers got wet and heavy.
400s I ran: 72,73,70,66. 1600m: 5:01. 800m: 2:27. 2.5 mile warmup and 2.5 mile cooldown.
