Ran some before practice. Warmed up, ran about 1.75 miles to intermediate school grass field. We started by doing 3-4 (I can't remember)*.21 miles@5:00 ave. Then we went on the grass and did 4*.23 miles on the grass@4:50 ave (my last one I went 3:59 pace). We then did 4*100m sprints. We then ran back to the high school easy cooldown.
