Today I did the workout with the 400 team. We did 10*200m @ :28 w/1:30 rest. The last one was all out and I actually beat our best 400 guy and ran a :25 but he was close. It was a lot of fun running with them, and changing things up a bit. Afterwards I finished up with the girls mid distance team, they were doing 400's/ab workouts. I couldn't keep up with them (true story) they run REALLY fast! Good workout, it was fun to get some speed in.

Jesse and I still did 2 miles of our fartlek and strides. And we all know you could have kept up ;) You should have beat me and Jesse. Though Kamryn was flying

Ha! True story! Kamryn ran just barely over 1:10's I think. Good job at still doing the fartlek run... I wished I could have joined :(

I ran 1:10 the last one and she wasnt far behind. I do think she wanted to beat me though so that probably was some motivation. Its not like it was full out for me, but tough with that wind. its mile pace ;)
