AM: We did a 4 mile tempo run, and Kaden (who is graduated) came to workout with us, and he stayed with me the whole way until the last little bit, but I think I killed him :) He was in pain, and was bent over panting like crazy when we got done, I kind of feel bad, apparently he hasn't been running much lately. But anyways it was a good workout Taylor said he finished in 24 minutes, but he had to go to the bathroom so he slowed down a bit and me and Kaden got a little bit ahead, so I think we got closer to 23 minutes, for some reason I always end up going super fast in the mornings. PM: We did a half mile warmup then ran 1.5 miles to Iverson hill, and did 5 sprints all the way up, about 200m, and then we did 8 sprints about halfway up, and then 1.5 miles back (which hurt more than the hill sprints themselves). Then we did a half mile cool down, I didn't feel the best this workout, because my legs felt heavy, but I do know I'm a lot faster at hills then I was last year.
